How we produce glazing packers
But how does the glazing packer get its shape?
It all starts with injection molding – To produce the glazing packers, the process is processed under high pressure, as in many parts of plastics processing.
There are probably countless parts a day that a person holds in their hand that are created through injection molding.
Injection molding allows countless products in the plastics sector to be manufactured rationally and cost-effectively in large quantities at a good price. No other production technology could currently achieve these results.
By the way, we also show you here how all the glazing packers are produced for you
A Video from the production process will follow.
All beginning with our granules
Glazing packers have to withstand many extreme loads in window and facade construction for glaziers and metalworkers, but also for carpenters and horticulturalists. This requires a solid foundation.
The packers are made of polypropylene (abbreviation PP). There are still a few ingredients that we do not reveal. But this has to do with the fact that we want to continue to produce the best glazing packers ever for you. We have to have secrets.
